You mean that it changes the color of the vehicle or is it just transparent film that provides protection to the original paint color.
How is it different from Teflon coating done on Original paint by Car Service Centers ?

Its a thin sheet of plastic that gets applied all over your vehicle's body work. They first wash and clean the car, and then apply it.

Consider it like laminating a phone.

there are 2 options, opaque and clear. Opaque can be had in many colors, while clear is just that, transparent.

It'd be great to laminate whole of the paint!
Currently I only have films on my head and tail lamps!

Do they have custom cut films for indian cars?

What they do is cut the vinyl according to the body panel you want to get covered. And it does protect against nicks and chips and flying stones etc.

Check out the last few pages of Overdrive for a more detailed description with regards to the process involved. After sticking it on, they use a heat gun to smoothen out the vinyl and remove any bubbles.

Best bit - This comes off without leaving any residue on the paint. Which is not the case with cheap vinyls.

I checked with them, Sadly they are yet to start services in NCR. However they do have services down south in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Cochin etc.

Sadly no.. I had to leave the country and my beloved vehicle. However i would recommend going for it.

Where are you located? Any 3M outlets close by??
