RAIDers ....try this one....its damn simple and damn yummy 1. Bake a brownie (i use the 200gm ready-made brownie mix from FunFood) 2. mix an egg + some dry fruits and nuts to the mix if u want 2. Cut out a wedge of the warm brownie and place it on a plate 3. Pour over it molten chocolate *** 4. Top it off with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream *** about melting chocolate 1. I use the hand-made Ooty chocolates that I buy in bulk. One can use any milk chocolate for the purpose. 2. Break chocolate into smaller chunks and place them in a metal bowl. 3. bring water to a boil in a large pan. 4. float the bowl of chocolates over the boiling water. 5. add a tea-spoon of water to the chocolate to initiate the melting. 6. stir the chocolate frequently with a spoon. 7. add couple of tea-spoons of water more, if a thinner consistency is desired. NOTE: Be careful not to keep the chocolate for long over the boiling water. Chocolate tends to become bitter very quickly upon heating. Once all the chocolate chunks melt, the bowl should be removed immediately from heat. The stuff comes out like this
