And it's a must try for all rum drinkers all there! Requirements - 1 litre Bacardi white rum. 5 slim green chillies 1 lemon Preparation - fill the rum in a bottle with an open mouth. Make 6 slices of the lemon and insert in the bottle Make long tears in the chillies. Just enough to let the alcohol mix with them But not let the seeds come out. Shake well and leave for 24 hours atleast. If possible shake every 6-8 hrs. Next day taste a little. The flavour should be spicy and strong. If it Burns your throat too much, then reduce the chilies. I left one chilli in after 24 hrs and left the lemons out. Mix with soda, a hint of diet coke and loads of ice. Do remember me if you like it!!
