Serves - 2 Cooking Time - 30 minutes Difficulty (Scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the most difficult) - 4 Ingredients 250 gms of Button Mushrooms 1 Capsicum 2-3 Green Chillies 6-7 cloves of Garlic 1 pinch of Ajinomoto 1 tsp Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp Tomato Ketchup Salt to taste 1 tsp Cornflour 2 tsp Refine Oil Directions Wash mushroom and cut into 2 or 3 halves (depending on size) Cut thin slices of Capsicum Grind coarsely garlic in a food processor (don't make fine paste) Cut green chillies into thin slices Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add thin sliced capsicum Sauté for 3-4 min Dont let it become soft Remove capsicum from pan Now add mushrooms and salt fry it till all water dries and it is cooked Remove mushrooms from pan Heat 1 tsp of oil in pan and high flame Add garlic in pan Stir continously dont let it become brown If you can smell garlic and it has changed very slight color add capsicum and green chillies Keep on stir frying this for 1 min Add mushrooms keep on stir frying Now add one and a half glass of water In a cup Make thick paste of cornflour by adding little water to it with no lumps When water starts boiling add cornflour paste continously stirring so that no lumps are formed Add sauces,salt and ajinimoto keep on stirring Remove from heat when gravy gets the first boil Mushroom chilly is ready Serve hot with Fried rice or rotis
