    Merry Christmas, Everyone !!

Here is something that I found on the internet a few days back.
It seemed pretty simple, so thought of performing the experiment on the eve of Christmas..
Lucky for me, it turned out quite well ( better than most of my previous baking experiments :p )

So here is how it goes -

    What all you need :

    Curd - about a cup

Sugar - depends on how sweet you would like it (I used about half the amount of curd and the brownie turned out quite sweet)

Baking powder - about a teaspoon

Baking soda - "same as above"

Flour - same quantity as the curd (I used the whole wheat with oats type - reduces the feeling of guilt when indulging the sweet tooth :wink1: )

Cocoa powder - same quantity as the sugar

Vegetable oil - same quantity as the sugar and the cocoa powder (I used slightly less, level of guilt reduced further  )

Vanilla essence - same quantity as the baking powder and soda

    Walnuts - optional ( I used a small quantity - well chopped, gave a nice texture )

Chocolate chips - a small amount, also optional

Beside these, you need the unstated obvious like :
Time - to prepare the dish
A kitchen - where you will prepare it
    An oven - for baking
Electricity - to make the oven work
Baking dish - in which to bake
Mixing bowls, measuring cups etc etc..

Here's what you need to do : Find someone to prepare the brownie. Give the following instructions to him / her. And tada!! Its ready for you to enjoy :)

    The Instructions -
    1. Preheat the oven. (I am not very sure of the temperature needed. I opted for 180 degrees C.)
    2. Mix the curd and sugar well in a bowl.
    3. Add the baking powder and the baking soda to this and keep aside for a few minutes. The curd starts becoming a little frothy and kind of rises in volume. So take a bowl which is decently larger than the volume of the mixture.
    4. In another bowl, mix the flour and the cocoa powder. Ensure no separate lumps remain.
    5. Add the oil and vanilla essence to the curd mixture, and then add the flour mixture.
    6. Avoid heavy mixing of the dry and wet ingredients. But make sure you mix well.
    7. Add the chopped walnuts to the mixture. ( I added the walnuts to the flour mixture before adding to the curd mixture to avoid an extra mix to the final mixture )
    8. Pour the mixture in a baking dish ( sprayed with a release spray ), spread out a few chocolate chips on the top surface and set it in the oven to bake.
    9. Time to bake may vary according to the amount of brownie to be prepared and the oven and its settings. ( I used oven pre-heated to 180, changed to 150 when kept the baking dish in and baked for about 25 minutes )
    10. Keep checking the oven to make sure the brownie is cooked well but not burnt. Almost all the results on google search say that use a toothpick to check - a toothpick inserted in the dish, that comes out clean, indicates the dish is ready.

Serve the brownie hot with ice cream and chocolate sauce, or as is once it cools down.

Here is how my brownie turned out -

That was really a trick question, either answer could have lead to instant death.
    Well dodged warrior.
This looks tasty, I would like to eat some when I visit Delhi. (I think of myself as VIP)

Well you'll have to visit UAE for that, not Delhi.
