Hello folks, I am out of touch with android for a while. Would appreciate list of apps, which you guys think are useful and should have. Please feel free to add any other info.
Activate Phone Locator in Settings -> Security -> Device Administrator -> Android Device Manager. Then link you phone here. Android Device Manager This can help you locate your phone through browser and remotely link it.. There are a lot of Anti-Theft apps .. pick one you like and install it.
First root the device. Tapatalk Pro Reddit Flow for reddit. MX Player for Video Playback .. support almost all formats. Network Monitor Mini Pro -- Tiny Always on top speed monitor. Constantly displays Download/Upload speeds on the device. Torch app - any app to start stop the rear LED .. Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/FourSquare etc

Don't download Facebook app. Use it thru opera mobile. The damn app Burns resources and battery. Also look at whatsapp, utorrent, utorrent remote, go keyboard,
atleast pick up the $1 apps .. those few are well worth the penny/dime/paisa .. Also to that list I would add Solid Explorer .. (THE BEST file manager for Android .. its paid but worth many times the price) you may also try ES File Explorer its a free alternative. See which you prefer.
