    Heres some pics of my brothers recent off-roading trips with a jeep he got from the army camp at dhulagarh and patiently reconstructed /strengthened for three months in kolkata. i'd let the pics do the talking

    actually.. i was referring to what's known as "Tail tipping". Google it.

    It's caused by incorrect aircraft handling when on ground and is basically caused by the center of gravity being shifted during incorrect loading/unloading operations.

    Apart from a 747.. it happens with other types of aircrafts as well (MD11/DC10s are notorious for it due to the added weight of the number 2 engine on the vstab). Though to be honest, the 747 doesnt tail tip all that easily.. it really takes some amount of human stupidity apart from a huge amount of carelessness to do it.
