The weird yellow worker guys - The Minions (if I remember correctly, that is - which honestly, I dont think I do) - were part of 'Despicable Me'
I liked both Megamind and Despicable Me. And a whole lot others. Animations are my favorites!

I dint post earlier because its such a long list.. But I have a lot of free time these days, so here is a shorter version of my list of favorite animated movies ( in no particular order ) :

How to train your dragon - Loved it.. Have watched it countless times, can watch it countless times more. Eagerly waiting for part 2.
Finding nemo - I actually watched the hindi version first and it was pretty funny ( I can probably never forget Dory saying, "tairte raho, bas tairte raho" in one of the scenes ). Watched the original english version later, liked the movie more.
Anastasia - Watched it as a kid and just loved the fantasy, and yes, the music..
Wall-E - saying 'Eva' in the voice of Wall-E in my head while typing this :)
Monsters, Inc. - When it got awarded during the year of its release, I was like whats the fuss about these weird looking characters, watched the movie to find the answer. Loved it enough to want to watch the..
..Monsters University - and was not disappointed
Tangled - Very cute version of the story of Rapunzel.. The scene where they show the glowing lanterns in the sky and Rapunzel and Rider are watching them from the boat, thats like a fantasy.. Wish to see something like that in real life, if I get a chance some day.. Yet to watch the part 2.
Up - Nice one. Best part - the beginning. I still remember the look that @JD666 had when we watched it and the way he held my hand after the first ten minutes of the movie <3
Megamind - Or as @JD666 would call it, The Big Brain.. :p (paryayvaachi shabd, you see)
Cars - "I am speed"
Cars 2 - "Then Francesco is triple speed" :success:
Wreck it Ralph - Nice idea, nicely executed
Chicken run - To a kid me, it was just hilarious
Kung fu panda and Kung fu panda 2 - Loved both.. "I love kung fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu..." and "Kung fu staring conest, go.. You guys look amazing, by the way"
Ice age and Ice age 2 - Loved both of them. Yet to watch part 3.
Despicable me and Despicable me 2 - Loooooved them both..

There are so many more that I liked but not exactly favorite types, but I can still watch them over and over again :p - like Aladdin, Shrek series, Ratatouille, Little Mermaid, Tarzan, Incredibles, Emperor's new groove, Prince of Egypt, Croods, Hotel Transylvania, Shark tale, Rio, Turbo, Adventures of tin tin, etc etc..

Not able to recollect more right now. Will have to google a list of ALL the animations to check which ones I have missed out on.

After seeing Studio Ghibli's movies I feel Disney movies are vastly inferior.

Studio Ghibli is about making meaningful animated stories. Disney/Dreamworks is more about appeasing the young 'uns.

I have seen only one movie so far:
    Spirited away
And No Disney Movie comes anywhere near it in terms of story writing/plot/imaginative character designs.

And that is just Tip of the iceberg, I have heard pretty much all of them are in same league.

Also saw Iron Gaint: Plain Beauty.
