I like black chana salad with my rum. Boiled black grams, Boiled potato chopped into small pieces, tomato and onion also chopped up. Mixed up with lemon juice squeezed on top, rock salt, regular salt and any other seasonings you prefer. Can add finely chopped green chillies for the hot flavor, but I dont like it.
These are what i prefer: Tortillas OR Crax Double Maza (hard to find) but goes well OR tandoori chicken with lemon and chanki chaat masala hehe OR tandoori chicken without chanki chaat masala lols OR lemon chicken cooked by me. I hate drinking empty stomach.

Both of these two are my super favs with booze 1. Crispy chicken kebabs (oil fried) with a bread-crumb crust 2. Roasted chilly-pork (a bit extra fired)
Will do for both...actually I use a bread crumb crust more for coating marinated boneless fish fillets rather than chicken chunks. These breaded fish fillets too go like hell with booze (fish fingers, cutlets etc with mustard, mayo and onion rings)
