Almost Half a Billion PCs will ship in 2013, 182.5 Million Tablets

 

Why would you include Tablets in the PC market ?

These are still consumption devices ..

 

Cuz poor people like me can't afford .. like a real puter.. like you guys have..
You think everyone's as fortunate as you are?
Problem is.. we can't afford a Tablet either
Right now.. I have an old Remington typewriter .. hooked up to a couple of boards from old cel phones that people threw away..
All patched into my dad's old B&W TV.. that works real good.. even if it only does show shades of Green.
But.. no worries.. it still allows me to be here

(It konks out for 3 months in a row sometimes.. but that's another story)

 

I meant Personal Computing devices.. They are not used/capable of computing/productivity that's why..

 

And I thought tablets/portables/netbooks/laptops were surpassing PCs in sales????

 

Actually that is what the article says.
