Pepperfry is good however i won't recommend buying furniture of pepperfry. I got my chair throught pepperfry and i have a problem the height adjustment stroke gas lift mechanism isn't working and the adjustment lever was broken when it arrived. I am trying for a resolution in my case from them and they have mailed to ship back the item in which they would only reimburse 150 for courier charges. I have mailed for any alternate solution. In my experience don't purchase hefty items which would be a PITA returning. For other small stuff it's quite good specially with the offers
