I am looking to buy a head torch(dont know the real name of it :p).... the purpose is to read notations in the dark/ pitch dark (dont ask me the reason why). All engineers, IITain, DCe's Aircraft engineer please do not suggest a helmet with torch used by miners :p :p............. it should be comfortable absorbs sweat(if possible.), the light should be strong enough to cover at least one-third of the an A4 from a distance of a feet (preferred) it should not sprain my neck so it has to be light too  ……………….. pictures preferred

I can send one for you. Someone is headed there. It'll be battery operated, bright enough, and will have elastic straps so easy to adjust and mount.

I thought this was meant to find your way at night doing the things which a man and a woman do at night?(though the number could be more of less, but I thought of more generic scenario).

Picked up the following for you @Vinny. Someone is coming in over the next week or so, I'll try and send it across.

Cree Engineered, White LED, with a spread beam rather than a spot or focus.

The good thing is if you invest in rechargeable Pencil Cells (AA) Type, you can keep recharging them and using this.

~ 1350 INR, for those interested in pricing.

The charger comes with the kit. I dint check the batteries supplied, but they might be re-chargeable. Wait till you get them, then you'll know whether to buy rechargeable batteries or not.

I tried the demo piece that they had in the store, it was pretty pretty tight, so better adjust this properly to your head size/comfort.
