In what can be termed one of the biggest and most significant moves for MicroSoft to counter the biggies, hotmail is now outlook.com, with better menus, no ads, and a greater viewing area. This does look and feel great! What I am/would be most impressed with would be the seamless integration with offline and online emails.Great job there!! Whats your say?
Looks nice.. FB + Skype integration seems pretty cool. FB chat it integrated in a sidebar on the left. Though I could do without the creepy stares from the dude on the login page .. Interface is pretty clean and I especially love the Contacts manager. The whole thing has a very Win8-Metro feel. There are easy options to import all contacts from FB, Gmail etc. Could use a little more color IMO .. makes usage easier.
Lol you guys.. at that time it was either hotmail or yahoo. I remember my 3Mb of whopping space that yahoo used fo give and then hotmail bumped theirs to 10mb or something and people went crazy.
Dooooood! The White part is white for a reason! White "stuff" isn't supposed to be revealed in public!
Yep, but now they want to revamp it, and obviously promote it as part of an integral account based system like nokia accounts, or apple ids to ensure that each OS installation is linked to atleast 1 email account ( obvious member base expansion ).
Apparently, i don't find any good reason to go back to using Hotmail.com....oopssss my Bad Outlook.com
Meh.. I tried it for a few days.. UI seemed 'interesting' .. a refreshing change from GMail .. Though we will be seeing a lot of the Metro/Win 8 UI
