    Where it gets tricky and complicated is when you choose your bread, add cheese, and the type/kind of sauces you get added to your sub. The amount of sugar/fat/oil fluctuates heavily when it comes to that.

    These are ideal values for just the ingredients, a standard type of bread and no sauce ( Din't see any in the pics :p ).

    So read these values, be wise when you order your next Sub!

    I am surprised that tuna is that bad. I thought tuna would be pretty good.

    I'm a fan of the Tuna Sub too .. but I guess the extra Mayo I request doesn't help either.


    Turkey seems legit healthy :)

    Chicken Ham is better. I wouldn't be too sure where the Turkey is coming from.

    some of my favorite ones are chicken ham,chicken teriyaki & italian bmt.have to try the other subs though
