I am thinking about buying a monitor: 24 incher
    Benq GL2450E
This is the link to Amazon
BenQ GL2450E 24 inch Widescreen Full HD LED Monitor (1920x1080, 2ms, VGA, DVI-D, Brilliant Image Quality, 1080p 16:9 Visual Perfection): Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories
This seems like the best price I would get on this monitor.
    Usage
I will use it for Raspberry pi until I get my gaming rig.
As soon as I have gaming rig, I would be mostly playing FPS etc.
    The price is approximately 110 £ < 9000 INR.

In future(when I will buy the rig?) I wish to couple it with GTX 680 or equivalent, will this monitor do justice to such good card?
As I noticed dell monitors are almost 70£+ more expensive.

Looks good spec wise. I personally prefer a matt screen to a glossy one. Lesser reflection of ambient light. Just check which one is this.

reflective screen is pain in the arse, I hate it. Apple for whatever reason had reflective screen on iMACS.

I donno, the bigger question always is if this monitor will not cause ghosting or bending or anything else?

What panel does benq use? the dell link you posted uses IPS panels and that is the best panel for LCD monitors.

As I understand correctly TN panels have better response rate?

Response rate being lower on TN's is OVER rated. Use an IPS or a VA panel and you won't move to a TN ever again. The colors and picture quality that an IPS brings is off the charts. And the response time is around 6-8 ms.

The picture quality is way more noticeable than response time. Get an IPS panel, period!

    Stay away from Glossy display.

Yes it's pretty noticeable. Viewing angles are better as well.

That i have no idea. When it comes to monitors, my rule is to just get something from dell.

see, From Amazon, it would cost 200£ and from dell it would cost 300£ which is almost 150%. If I get it from amazon and there is a defect, they wont cover the warranty.
I am not spending 300£ for monitor.
I am thinking more along the lines of 150 at max.

Get from Amazon. Or buy something used from hardforum/avsforums or from craiglist. There are ways, you know?
