So about hard disks is about 300 cubic centimeters
Assuming each hard disk is 2 TB. The total volume will be 188556.9 or 200,000 Cubic Meters.Boeing 747 have a capacity of 1,840 cubic meters
BTw, I have not accounted for backup of tape drives.
Plus hard drives don't stand on their own, they need racks and CPU etc to be usable.
Google must be investing in it's own nuclear power plant or fusion reactor or something soon.
No one pokes them for their carbon foot print? So many hard drives etc would require power and cooling which burns energy right?
