Yep, a 5 inch Full HD device packing 5350 mAH battery. That's as much as some net books out there.

The device is pretty nifty with other specs as well. Packs a full HD 1920x1080 screen with a pixel density of 441 ppi. CPU is a MediaTek MT6592 Octa-Core processor at 1.7 Ghz.

The GPU is a Mali 450 MP4. 2Gb RAM and 16Gb ROM is standard fare. The good bit is that the manufacturer claims about 12 Gb of space should be available to the user. Not many who do that. The phone is dual SIM with MicroSD card for expansion. The battery is non-removable.

This also packs a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and a 8MP front camera.

Claimed talk time is 960 minutes or 16 Hours!

To add to the feature list, there is Fingerprint ID on the button, and NFC. And this device can be used to charge other devices as well -

What better depiction than to show it charging an iPhone :D

The design inspiration from the iPhone 6+ is evident. The phone dimensions are - 146 x 73.6 x 9.3 mm. Which is pretty slim considering the battery pack inside.

To top things off, this phone comes with a 5.2V - 2.5Amp Fast Charger that charges 70% of the battery in one hour. Which is fast.

Though the flip side seems to be that this device supports only 3G data speeds. However still, this makes for a very suitable second phone in the back pack. Not only can this last upto 4 days, you can use it constantly and not fear running out of battery.

Using the iPhone has forced me to carry the cable practically anywhere I would be if I am out for greater part of a day, since once it hits that 40% mark, its going to go low, really fast. This makes for a suitable back up phone that you can use for social networking/chatting/email/content creation etc.

Oh, and it's priced at 14,300 INR roughly.

Elephone is available from vifocal, you can check out their site.

    Cheers
