Actually, that would make sense. All sniper dude has to do is sit a position and shoot, but he can STILL SEE at what he is shooting at. Why boggles me most is that out of all things blind people really need, gun is least important.
Its not important but it can be legally denied as well .. also Legally blind doesn't always means Totally blind .. They can still see just not in a 'legally' fitting capacity and are thus visually impaired.
That is not really the problem here. You see I get the point that they should not be denied but is it a good idea?
