Or are our bowlers not trying too hard? I could have believed it if the Australian bowlers would not have been thrashed pretty much in line with ours.. Are the days of tight spells gone? Or we enjoy a batsman hammering balls all over the field so much that we don't care for the poor chap bowling from the other end. The kind of scores and chases that have come up in the last few weeks have been nothing short of surprising, more inline with a 20-20 match rather than a 50 over ODI Sent from my iPhone 5S using Tapatalk
This India-Aus series would still be an anomaly .. even though the game has favoured batsman more and more. Its becoming like Formula 1 .. the administrative bodies are resorting to newer and weird rules to curb the advantages for the sake of competition.
It's the pitches, look at the Pak-SA series. Indian admin knows they can't afford turning/green pitches as our bowlers are worthless and thus even our "best-in-the-world" batting line up can't do anything when they have to chase 300+ on a 200 track.
Point. Dint consider that. Also looking at the fact that not just Indian but Australian bowlers also got hammered a lot
Yeah, nullify our disadvantage of having a crappy bowling attack. Gives new meaning to "leveling the playing field (pitch)"
