Hi all, I'd like to share one my my favorite dishes (and of the few I can cook myself hehe ) This dish is tasty, crazy simple to cook, does not take time to cook and is not spicy at all, it's so simple to cook some people find it hard to believe and ask me "Aur kuch masala nahi daalna?" (Are you sure there is no need to add any more spices?”) Let's cook: Utensil: Aluminum Patila. Ingredients: 1 kg cut chicken, 6/8 lemons & Amul butter 100 gms. Lemon juice extracted with lemon squasher pre cooking: Simple Rambo style: Melt entire amul butter in patila. Put entire chicken into it with a teaspoon salt. Stir it for some time and cover it with dhakkan … add lemon juice (extracted from 6-8 yellow lemons not green) and cook for around 10-20 mins OR till the time chicken gets slightly brown and the water is almost gone. No need to add garlic paste/vodka/onion/anything else at all, It makes the chicken very bland. Serve with some pepper. It looks something like this:
Will this cook evenly ?? I think after the fire charring on the gas, it should be then put in the oven.. wil make it cook better !
Smaller main images, and bigger final image!!!! And some vodka does make it better like we found out that night!
