so this is my favorite maggi cooking. simple and yumm.

boil the water. cook maggi as we normally do. add masala.

    Add the following:
5-6 slices of jalapeno. chopped small
    4-5 olive slices
    3 tbsp tomato ketchup
oregano and paparika as per taste
and last of all.. 2 tbsp of jalapeno water. (the water in which they are soaked in the bottle)

    cook till the water evaporates.
    serve hot.

ps: to add more spice. try 1 tbsp of tabasco

I never personally cook this but the guy at the canteen does it in two ways, first he makes a scrambled/half cook egg (Just heat the pan, add a teaspoon butter and crack the egg, stir a bit and remove). Then make maggie as normal and when almost cooked, add the egg and mix. The other way he does it is, cook the maggi as normal and when once almost done, add the egg on top, mix and let it cook.
