Though I was dead tired, I wanted to see Robot and Frank. And I was not disappointed at all. It's set in the near future where robots are being used as household help for the elderly and disabled. An ex-cat burglar gets one for care from his son. And how he get's an idea to plan his next robbery... thanks to the robot. More touching than Oceans 11, but none the less a worthy watch. I rate it 7/10.
The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford I like it despite my reservations against new westerns.
So I watched Frozen. It was one of the best Disney animations I have seen. It gets a little silly, but recovers well. The animation is fantastic. It breaks a lot of Disney Cliches.
It is totally worth it. I also saw cloudy with chances of meatball 2. The first one was crappy and second one is crappy as well.
Okay... Finally watched "You've Got Mail" Slightly slow, but the conversations are interesting. Meg Ryan looks perky (if you know what I mean) and Tom Hanks is detailed as ever.
Hunger Games - Catching Fire. Some of it was predictable, some of it was not. The arena part could have been slightly longer. It seemed like they were in a rush to kill her. The end was awesome, but after reading the 3rd part on Wikipedia, I'm not too keen on the 3rd movie.
Catching Fire was meh .. the spent the whole movie building to an epic climax which never came .. instead they conveniently saved everything for Part III The Arena was more flee and less fight this time .. and the outcome was pretty predictable. Also Peeta getting cockblocked again by Mr.DreamyRebel ..
The twist that philip seymour was the revolution was the whole ?#@*&%!^$~ing thing ever. But rest of the movie was usual teenage bullshit drama.
+1 to that. I have a decently terrible set of singing skills and yet I keep singing 'Let it go' a lot.. 'Cloudy-too-long-a-name-to-write-or-remember-2' was the kind in which we kept getting up to take breaks Felt as if something was supposed to happen but never did. "You are going to the games again. Okay. In the games. Run for a few shots. Its all a plan. Shhhh.." The end.
The Hot Flashes - Other than Brooke Shields.. a regular underdog movie about a bunch of 40 something women taking on the local girls basketball state champs. Oh and they are having hot flashes due to menopause. Interesting none the less. The Director could have made the climax more dramatic. Fun watch. 2.5/5 --- Double Post Merged, Feb 24, 2014 --- The last days on Mars... Nothing to watch here. A zombie movie on Mars. Sad - 0.5/5
home front it was not too bad the counsellor well, pretty solid performance by everyone, pretty good movie seven psychopaths Brilliant film.
Watched About Time.. I was half asleep but the story kept me awake and involved. "At the age of 21, Tim discovers he can travel in time and change what happens and has happened in his own life. His decision to make his world a better place by getting a girlfriend turns out not to be as easy as you might think" I would rate it a definite watch. 3.5 out of 5.
