You know what to do guys, post your desktop here and the one with the most likes wins the Desktop of the month Trophy (not sure if such a trophy exists, but we sure will conjure up one for you).

Here's mine - (def not a worthy winning entry, but just to get things started)

Precisely for the reason MOZ mentioned. Parallels does not require me to reboot and I can still continue to use OSX for other functions. I only need windows to run 2 apps which are giving me problems with OSX.

Moz didn'ty get it and so did you, everywhere online it is a fact that VMware is better at this than parallels !! that is why i was asking ;)

I found that Parallels is easier on resources and faster too. VMWare is bloated.

Hence my answer. If you had asked why use Parallels, and not something else, I would have concurred with you.

kauffmann : Why do you have temp for Buffalo, NY on your desktop? Asking cuz I went to school and worked and lived there for nearly a decade, in fact almost 1/2 my friends on FB are from there. :)

Also: Tried to signup for the 10mb promo plan from MTNL that you told me about. Apparently it's not available for private subscribers  Best they can give me for the same price is a 2mb UL line :(
