    Yes, what could they do, as they were unceremoniously thrown out of the company after Nokia dismantled the MeeGo department !!

    I was sad reading that, coz MeeGo was and is a FANTASTIC OS after WP7 ;)

    Now make this available to the top mobile manufacturers and make a standardized minimum hardware requirement,give the existing mobile operating systems nightmares. :)

    I am not as optimistic as you guys, but I wont mind pure linux phone.

    ^^ Issue would be graphics implementation for gaming/interactive software right?

    And does Linux support scaled down OS ( like Windows CE )?? (noob question)

    That has less to do with actual support than companies willing to allow that.
    Secondly, I don't think linux would support any non unix os? again, you need to be clear as to what do you mean by support?
