I've finally decided to give my ASUS Xonar DX sound card for RMA. Need any suggestions/inputs from members who've handled Rashi before in Delhi.
Any info will be helpful... like name of a good technician/custmer service agent to be contacted etc.
    Many thanks.
    (Keeping my fingers crossed!)

They are kinda good or horrible, depends but if you have everything which is required, i don't see why they shouldn't RMA it.

    PowerColour? Asus? Link?

Anyways, Rasshi is very bad atleast in Delhi. I've heard good about them from Kolkata.

Thanks guys! Well to my surprise they gave a new replacement in 3 days!! This is the good news. The bad news is that this card is running into new problems. Random lock-ups, BSODs and this happens more with latest drivers. The oldest vista drivers for the DX is most stable  Still lock-ups are regular. Well i did a slight mod on the mobo to fit this card and maybe the lockups are happening due the slight bent in the card.... its a dumb mod :(

    Pre mod..

Guess the bend is too much?

Wow, a problem I wouldn't want to run into.

As for the bend, I doubt it is the issues, many heavy GPUs bend far more due to the weight, but still work well.

the bend may be to blame.

pcbs that bend by themselves are designed to tolerate that.

I got no option except to upgrade to an ATX mobo.

If possible I'd check out the card first. Maybe someone can test it on their system and let you know.
