I am creating this thread so that all the non-forum-handlers can post any errors and bugs they find on the website and our guys can use this as a checklist to ensure all the errors/bugs have been handled. So you guys are welcome in editing this post and doing whatever you want with it, I would suggest consolidating all the issues in the OP and numbering them and then throughout the thread, other members can post their issues and discussion on issues can be preceded by the issue number. All completed issues can they be crossed off.
Thanks we need this thread .. but can we have it moved to a proper section .. ManISinJpr harryneopotter
Follow this template when reporting ... Bug Code: Bug Name: Location(Path): Severity: Priority: Reason: Status: Screenshot/Evidences: _____________________________________________________ Bug Code: BUG_INT_01 Bug Name: RSS feeds not accessible by third party Readers. Location(Path):Forum -> Section -> Thread title. Severity: Minor Priority: Medium Reason: RSS feeds of threads cannot be accessed by third party RSS readers because of authentication prompt setup for the website (http://raid101.com/community). Status: Open Screenshot/Evidences: None
Bug Code: BUG_UI_01 Bug Name: Mobile theme not available as default when viewing from mobile. Location(Path): Complete UI Severity: Minor Priority: Medium Reason: The theme setting in User -> Preferences -> Style is fixed across desktop and mobile which ever you select, Whereas the theme should be set according to browser agent. Status: Open Screenshot/Evidences: None
This template is way too tedious for small errors, and how do I now the priority and severity? And what logic to use for the code?
You're doing a CSE degree right .. About time you learn these. I was compiling a bug report elsewhere in a spreadsheet but this is more accessible. Code is being used to differentiate the type of bug it is .. UI or Link or DB etc.
Bug Code: BUG_UI_02 Bug Name: While tagging people in a post, maximum of 10 are allowed, however I can go back and edit the post and add tag more. Location(Path): Posting a comment Severity: Minor Priority: Medium Reason: Status: Open Screenshot/Evidences: http://raid101.com/community/index.php?threads/members-checklist-thread.16/
How to access the forum using tapatalk? When using an iPad/iPhone, a prompt is shown that it is tapatalk enabled but when no search results show up when searching for raid101 using tapatalk.
Can we then have a section to discuss the forum stuff, there is no point cluttering other sections such as the policies and announcement. make a feedback section.
Thanks for your feedback Sir. You would be glad to hear that tapatalk plugin is already installed, but sadly it wont be of any use till we have the directory password enabled. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
