So from time to time I keep getting these funny though useful/informative documentaries.

Some of which I would like to share here -

    1) James May's Toy Stories - In this they build a toy glider, and break a record of crossing the distance equivalent of the English Channel! Yup, a toy Glider doing 22 miles!

    2) Weird Warfare - Some of the zaniest, craziest ideas applied in the field of warfare, most of them during world war 2, like an Aircraft carrier made of Ice, or using dogs as trained anti tank mines.

    3) Engineering challenges - Building a Satellite, or what goes into the making of a Satellite, very very informative!!

    4) Girls Gone Wild - J/K, But yes worth watching none the less :D

So anyways, do share your favourite documentaries here.. I got some more that I would like to list later.

    Aah, documentaries, a personal favourite.

Let's start with the king himself, Sir David Attenborough, anything the man narrates is pretty much eternal gold. Even if it means him insulting you in your face, it would be done with so much grace that you'll be left shouting "Encore, encore, encore". Some of his best works include Blue Plant, Planet Earth, and the epic Life series.

Besides this there is Top Gear, which is also forever EPIC! (If you consider it a documentary that is :p)

There are plenty more, I'll list as we go on.

American have no history besides WW2. Rest of their history is all about discriminating different races and killing ingenious people. That is why WW2 is everywhere in media.

Yes. Infact i've copy pasted all names from my hard drive.
Yes. Americans have always been opportunists. WWII is always in the media because it always sells. History/culture came from Europe. Americans were a bunch of goons.

Watched one 6 part series from the collection that rockfella gave me. It was good to finally see an impartial account of the war.

Otherwise the allies have always been glorified and the Germans and Italians been made to look like villains
