Got a new Wireless Qi Charger for my Nexus 7 2013.
Awesome, Nexus' Micro USB port thanks me for saving it from abuse.

Works great without a hitch for 20$.

Actually a few meters more xD
Parents went bonkers when they saw the wifi was still connected on their phones after they left for the evening stroll.

There is the N66U and then the AC66U, both are amazing. The AC is just slightly more powerful.

Might wanna get one of these and another slightly cheaper one which supports DDWRT, set the second one up as a repeater.
The N66 and AC66 are upwards of 11k here. Much cheaper abroad though if you want to source them from the US or something.
    Whats the budget like?

Upto 5k, 7k if its really worth it.

I'm currently on a Belkin Home 300 that around 1800 INR.

I think they have the TPLINK WNDR 4300 for around 300AED.
But tbh if there aren't too many walls and you are able to place the router in a good position, even a sub 3k router should do a decent job.
Do you have dry walls there? or solid concrete?

Hollow concrete blocks are used for construction here. To insulate as well. The router is right at the entry to the apartment. In a straight line probably 50 ft tops to the farthest point but a number of bends and walls

Then the TP link or Netgear should suffice, just check how the after sales support is for TP link there. I wouldn't suggest investing too much because unless you go for something over the top the signal strenght won't improve unless the router has external antennas. A good N600 or a N300 with 2-3 antennas should work.

Before buying the router make sure which CFE works better, on this one Tomato is miles better than DDWRT. And there is Merlins FW with tweaks to the stock one. Best part about the new ASUS routers is that the source code is on GIT hub (other than the proprietary binaries, which they do provide). So the community work is gonna be good for em. This is unlike most other brands.
