If you have sensitive data on your computers/phones, stop using Chinese communication equipment. Huawei did it in the past with their network routers and switches. Xiaomi doing it now with their phones. If I am not mistaken, Huawei products are banned in India for govt. use.
So far so good, I don't see noticeable lag. Phone is with my sister, so screenshots would be hard to get, besides, CM11 is pretty stock and nothing fancy like MIUI. Not getting heating issues and battery lasts full day (About 20-30% remaining) with decent amount of use.
